eNetBot offers email support to its registered users in addition to the various resources available for solving eNetBot usage issues on this website.

If you have a problem which has NOT been covered by the above resources, you can contact technical support at [email protected].

We will make every attempt to resolve your problem at the earliest. However, we strongly encourage that you search our website as we post all relevant information about known issues and fixes here.

Please be sure to include the following pieces of information while sending us email:

1. Describe the problem briefly.
2. Specify any associated eNetBot or email client error message.
3. Your operating system
4. The email client you are using
5. Version of eNetBot (Look in the About Page)

Support might require you to generate a log file while trying to reproduce the problem. This log file can be included in the email to us at that time. Please read important information regarding privacy information concerning the log file. (Note: The logging feature is turned off by default)

Some problems might require the version of Microsoft Internet Explorer to be known to pinpoint the problem. This information can be found under the About Box for Internet Explorer. Include the version number in your email if possible.
