When I receive messages with eNetBot Mail using Outlook 97 as the client, I get the messages as HTML attachments. Is there any way to get around this?
We have reproduced these issues with Outlook 97. The basic problem is that though we supply the same exact data to the Outlook 97 client it behaves in a very non-standard manner when compared to other MS clients such as Outlook 98, Outlook 2000 and Outlook Express. With Outlook98/2000, Eudora Pro and Outlook Express 4.x, 5 the integration will be seamless. The net result is that eNetBot Mail does not support Outlook 97 in a seamless manner. Though it will work with Outlook 97 we do not recommend using Outlook 97 as a client.
