SOLUTION

  1. Start Internet Explorer
  2. Tools menu of Internet Explorer
  3. Select the Internet Options menu
  4. The Internet Options dialog should appear
  5. Click on the Programs tab
  6. Select Outlook Express from the list of email programs for the E-Mail option.
  7. Click OK.
